This is a compelete kit to convert your stock Dana 44 axles into an robust portal axle. This kit is designed to provide Jeep Wrangler Jk with unmatched ground clearance while maintain the level of street driving conform like a stock vehicle supposed to have.
17% of torque multiplication at wheel end reduces the stress on axle shafts and ring&pinions, hence reduces the chance of drivetrain failure during sevear rock crawling.
The 17% wheel end ratio reduction also allows for 35" tire upgrade with no need to regear the stock axle.
Fully functioning Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) is available as an option. Inflating and deflating tire on the fly, with only one push of bottom. (ARB on-board air compressor is requireed, a sPOD switch panel or similar kind is also needed to operate CTIS.) Please call us at 480-388-2704 for clarification.

This kit comes with upgrated 4-piston radial calipers, all the hardwares and accesorries for installation.
Note: Parking hand brake will NOT be retained.
 
 
*Top speed tested: WIith stock 3.6L engine, stock 3.73ring&pinion, and 35" Nitto Trail Grappler tires inflated to 30psi. A continues test drive at speed of 85mph for duration of 30mins was performed. No sign of excessve noise or vibration was perceived. Oil temprature inside of the portal box was below 76°C (168°F）through out the entire testing. (The oil temprature is a good represantation of how efficiently the gear teeth are meshing to eachother at given scenario.)
